Ghana Tourism Authority Holds Training For Hospitality Industry Players

On Friday the 25th of March 2022 the Ghana Tourism Authority in the Volta Region had its turn of training for major stakeholders in the tourism and hospitality industry.


The training under the Ghana Cares Obatampa initiative was held in Ho, Volta Region at Sky Plus Hotel.
The training had experts train participants in very vital topics such as, Customer care and management, digital marketing and tourism products.


The managing director of the authority in the Volta Region Mr. Alexender NKetia stated that the training was imperative especially considering the need for players of the industry to acquire some new ideas of getting their businesses up and running after the effects caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Participants were from Hotels, Eateries, Tourism, arts among others.
The well attended event had in attendance traditional leaders, community heads and all who mattered.


The Ghana Cares Obatampa project is part of the initiatives by the government of Ghana to help revive the economy across all sectors.
