Home Stars to play Black Starlets in friendly on February 13

Home Stars Football Club, a Division 2 side in the Volta Region will engage Ghana’s Junior side, the Black Starlets, in a friendly on Sunday 13 February 2022 at the Ho Sports Stadium.

 

The game will serve as a preparation for both teams, most especially Home Stars FC who are looking forward to the 2021/2022 season in the Volta Regional Division 2 League which kicks off on the 19 February 2022.

Ghana Black Starlets Head Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin’s side who have been in camp for a month will be using the game to prepare his side for the upcoming WAFU ZONE B Tournament.

Home Stars Head Coach, Christian Chibueze will use the game to trim the rough edges of the team and access his new players ahead of the new season after sending the team to last season’s Super Middle League final and eventually loosing on penalties to Akatsi All Stars who earned promotion to the National Division 1 League.

The Black Starlets with its technical team will arrive in the Volta Regional Capital, Ho, on Saturday 12 February 2022 ahead of the game on Sunday 13 February 2022.

 

Gate Fee is GHC 5.00.
